Smoothie ingredients:
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 2 medium-sixed ripe bananas, sliced and pre-frozen
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- 1 smaal handful kale

- 2 tbsp Buttanutt nutbutter
Topping options:

- Chopped nuts
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth
